A spring perennial that blooms at the Graham Memorial Preschool is Developing Capable Young Children, a popular four-week parenting workshop whose discussions and parental techniques reflect Christian foundations. Lucinda "Cindy" Ribant, MFCC, teaches the series on the church campus.
